So, who are you?We are the anime society affiliated to the University of the West of England in Bristol. Where anime watching, manga reading, cosplay and other such things run havoc When do you meet offline? We have regular meetings on Wednesdays during UWE term-time, they're held from 4-6pm in 1N05 on Frenchay campus. How do I join the society? To join UWE animesoc you need to go to the UWE student union. It'll cost you £5 if you're a UWE student, and £7.50 for non-UWE students. To join the forum, just sign up! Um, I can't think of any other questions right now, so if you have any questions, or can think of any people might like to know, please ask them here.

That's a forum question rather than a soc one, though if I get a lot of them I'll make a forum FAQ section.
To add your own avatars and sigs just go to "profile" in the menu bar up the top there, and select 'modify profile' on your actual profile page. If you scroll down to 'personal information' you'll find a section to post the URL for your avatar (you'll have to host it somewhere yourself), make sure to specify the correct width & height (it doesn't always do it automotically), the maximum is 100x100, which is the size of most standard avatars. For signatures, there's a box there for you to put the code for your sig in. Please be aware that proboards does not use HTML, the tags you want are [ these ones ] not < these ones > (for images that's [ img] and [ /img] around the URL, without spaces)

You can delete this post when the other two get deleted too.. but yes it only takes please don't do what I did and try to do a whole html spheel.. then wonder why it doesn't work. That was a considerable portion of my life wasted this afternoon.

Tags can be found on the net in various places if you need them [google them]

That's the one! I'd forgotten what it was called.
What are you confused about, sig wise?

here is an example of what you should put in the signiture:
and this would be the result the is a tag, and the [*/img] ("*" used to break the tag) closes the tag. all you have to do is put in the URL of the picture you want inbetween the opening and closing tags. alternatively, you can go to an image host and upload your image, they will supply you with the codes you need (i recommend imageshack or photobucket, simply because i haven't used any others before)
